More than 60 companies from North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region are participating in the ninth China International Import Expo (CIIE), which opened on Nov 5 in Shanghai, showcasing the region's industrial strengths, specialty products, and cultural appeal.
The Inner Mongolia Pavilion features two sections: "Inner Mongolia Flavors" and "Invest in Inner Mongolia".
The "Inner Mongolia Flavors" section highlights the region's strengths in grain, meat, dairy, and cashmere. By combining product displays, food tastings, interactive experiences, and cultural performances, it showcases specialty products from all 12 cities and leagues in the region and provides opportunities for business matchmaking and trade cooperation.

The "Invest in Inner Mongolia" section uses interactive touchscreen and projection technology to present a digital map of the region's industries, offering visitors an overview of its industrial strengths and investment opportunities.
Through the CIIE, Inner Mongolia aims to bring its local products and distinctive culture to wider markets, strengthen trade ties with eastern China and international partners, and attract investment to support high-quality economic and social development.
