Kites fill skies above Inner Mongolia's grasslands
More than 1,000 kites soared above the Gegentala Grassland in Siziwang Banner, Ulaanqab, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, during a three-day kite cultural festival that brought vibrant scenes to northern China's grasslands.
Held from May 1 to 3, the event featured a variety of kite-themed activities at the Gegentala Grassland Tourism Center.
Blending ecology, culture, and sports, it offered tourists a chance to experience the beauty of the vast grasslands alongside colorful kites dancing in the sky, highlighting the growing vitality of the integration of culture and tourism in Inner Mongolia.
