China's first industrial park-level token project has been signed in Guyang county, Baotou city, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, marking a step forward in linking computing power with green energy and digital production.

The project is jointly developed by multiple industry partners with defined roles across the value chain. Inner Mongolia Shutong Guolian Technology Co will oversee operations and token management, while Inspur Communication Information Co will build and maintain the token product system.

On the computing side, Sichuan Fudian Yunsuan Technology Co will connect to a national scheduling platform. This will enable the coordinated use of diverse computing resources and support artificial intelligence model training and inference.

For energy and services, Beifang Hechuang will support integrated services in the Baotou Jinshan Development Zone, including power-computing coordination, token production, and delivery. The project promotes a model described as "input electricity, output tokens".

Backed by Guyang county's rich wind and solar resources, the base will use low-cost renewable energy to power computing infrastructure at scale.

Once completed, it will offer efficient and cost-effective token production and scheduling for sectors such as AI and big data. The project is expected to boost the local digital economy and explore new ways to convert green energy into computing capacity.
