Inner Mongolia debuts at HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurs Summit
North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region made its debut at the HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurs Summit, which opened in Beijing on Oct 16. Its exhibition highlighted the region's talent policies, industrial strengths, and innovation achievements.
The Inner Mongolia pavilion was divided into four sections: talent policies, innovation and technology, Beijing-Inner Mongolia cooperation, and future development. Through 16 images, three videos, 16 real exhibits, and various interactive displays, the pavilion showcased Inner Mongolia's progress in technological breakthroughs, regional collaboration, and talent recruitment.
A looping promotional video and an "investment window" interactive wall allowed visitors to explore investment policies and key projects across the region's cities and leagues.
The exhibition's centerpiece featured landmark achievements from Inner Mongolia's "technology breakthrough initiative", including China's first sodium-ion capacitor, domestically developed lactoferrin extraction technology that broke foreign monopolies, an advanced aerospace metrology facility, and the National Dairy Industry Technology Innovation Center – drawing strong interest from attendees.
Since July 2024, Inner Mongolia's "Grassland Talents" program has been upgraded to the "Talents Revitalize Inner Mongolia" initiative, recognizing over 7,100 talents across six categories.
The program provides research funding to 52 outstanding teams and 56 young innovators, alongside 25 support measures covering education, housing, and healthcare – underscoring the region's commitment to building a first-class hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
