Journalists from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Inner Mongolia Media North China Tour on Sept 23 visited Yili Future Intelligence and Health Valley in Hohhot city, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, witnessing a perfect blend of dairy culture and modern technology through interactive experiences.
As the largest, most advanced, and most fully equipped dairy research, development and production base in the world, the valley was launched in July 2022. It has set a new benchmark for the Asian dairy industry and established a "China model" for the sustainable development of the global dairy industry.
Technology and intelligence permeate every corner of the valley. Themed "planets" integrate liquid milk, powdered milk, and cheese factories into immersive, interactive experiences. High-tech facilities, including a 5D theater, an immersive panoramic sandbox "Yili Cloud Map", a smart control center, and a smart supply chain hub, enable real-time monitoring, online management, and data-driven operations.

After touring the full route, China.com reporter Chen Yuehan said, "I was amazed by its intelligence and touched by its quality. Beyond being a production base, it offers an immersive experience of future living".
In the packaging workshop, robots handle 40,000 boxes of milk per hour, showcasing the true meaning of a "smart factory".
More importantly, it demonstrates how an industrial base can evolve into a community hub promoting regional development and public health awareness. "I am eager to share this story of intelligent, people-centered innovation in Inner Mongolia with the world," Chen added.
