Inner Mongolia patents win China Patent Awards
Four patents from North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region have won the 25th China Patent Awards released by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
Two patents received the prestigious China Patent Silver Award: Yili Group's "Synergistic Composition of Probiotics and Prebiotics for Butyric Acid Production" and Mengniu Dairy's "Formulated Milk Containing DHA Algal Oil and Its Production Method".
Baotou INST Magnetic New Materials Co was granted the Excellence Award for its patent "Assembly Process of Halbach Magnetic Ring Component" as another design patent from Mengniu Dairy, a packaging box, won the Excellence Award for Industrial Design. These awards highlight Inner Mongolia's growing strength in independent innovation, particularly in key industrial sectors.
Jointly organized by CNIPA and the World Intellectual Property Organization, the China Patent Award is the only national-level honor in China that recognizes patented inventions and designs. It is regarded as the highest accolade in the country's intellectual property field.
The awarded patents from Inner Mongolia's two leading dairy enterprises focus on critical technologies in the dairy industry, covering production process optimization and innovations in nutritional health. These achievements showcase their leadership in driving industry-wide technological upgrades.
Baotou INST Magnetic New Materials Co's patented process tackles challenges in the efficient use of rare earth resources and enhances magnetic material performance, offering vital support for strategic emerging sectors such as new energy vehicles and smart manufacturing.
