The Bayanshil leg of the Xiliin Gol League Summer Mongolian Horse Super League kicked off on June 3, featuring six thrilling equestrian events that showcased the strength, speed, and teamwork of both riders and their horses.

The 30-kilometer endurance race tested the limits of stamina and determination, while the 15-km three-person relay demanded seamless collaboration among team members. Riders demonstrated remarkable skills in the traditional and entertaining hada-picking event, while the obstacle run, where horses were led through challenging barriers, captivated spectators with their intensity and precision.

Two speed races featuring young horses – 6km for one-year-olds and 9km for two-year-olds – highlighted the vitality and raw power of the next generation of Mongolian horses.

"It's absolutely stunning! The riders and their horses move as one," said Miss Li, a tourist from Beijing, as she captured the action with her camera.

Local rider Shi Dongbin, who clinched the title in the relay event, couldn't hide his excitement. "I've been riding since I was six. This victory belongs to every member of our team," said the sun-tanned young man."We'll keep honing our skills and hope more people fall in love with the beauty of the grasslands and the spirit of the Mongolian horse."
