Alshaa League and Wuhai are energy, chemical, and metallurgical hubs in western Inner Mongolia autonomous region, hosting a wide range of equipment, including mine conveying systems, chemical fans, and pump drives.
Authorities from Alshaa and Wuhai surveyed local businesses beforehand to identify their needs and arranged for more than 50 major energy-consuming companies in the chemical, coal, building materials and new energy sectors to attend the events and meet with potential suppliers.
Industry and information authorities at both the autonomous region and Baotou municipal levels presented Baotou's rare earth industry and the strengths of its permanent magnet motor products. They also outlined government policies supporting energy-efficient equipment upgrades and encouraged businesses to replace outdated motors with more efficient permanent-magnet models to reduce energy consumption.
