Baotou-Yinchuan High-Speed Railway section completes speed test
The CR400BF-J-0001 Fuxing comprehensive inspection train conducted an acceleration test on the Baotou-Huinong section of the Baotou-Yinchuan High-Speed Railway on Aug 11, reaching a speed of 275 kilometers per hour.
With all inspection parameters remaining in excellent condition, the section achieved its phased goal of joint debugging.
The step-by-step acceleration test involves a comprehensive inspection train that gradually increases its speed on the railway line until it reaches 110 percent of the line's designed speed. Due to the 250 km/h designed speed for the Baotou-Huinong section, the maximum test speed should reach 275 km/h.
With professional projects including track geometry, trackside signal equipment, and communications systems all having met operational conditions, the Baotou-Huinong section will continue acceleration tests on coupled train sets and special scenarios for the signal system, preparing for subsequent full-line trial operations.
