Meng Qingwei, acting mayor of Baotou
Meng Qingwei, was born in November 1975, holds a university degree from the Party School of the Central CPC and a master's degree in Agricultural Extension. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.
He currently serves as the deputy secretary of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and is the acting mayor of Baotou city. He oversees the comprehensive work of the Baotou municipal people's government, including auditing and investment promotion.

Lin Li, executive vice mayor of Baotou
Lin Li, was born in March 1980, holds a postgraduate degree and a PhD in Management.
He currently serves as a member of the standing committee of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and is the executive vice mayor of Baotou city. He is responsible for the executive work of the Baotou municipal people's government. He assists the mayor in areas such as development and reform, education, science and technology, industry, information technology, finance, human resources and social security, health, emergency management, State-owned assets' supervision, statistics, healthcare, government transparency, government services, and the non-public sector economy.

Hu Rui, deputy mayor of Baotou
Hu Rui, of the Mongolia ethnic group, was born in November 1976. Hu has a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Hu is a member of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and the vice mayor of Baotou city. Hu is responsible for the examination and approval of municipal government services, as well as the municipal data management bureau.

Tian Kerui, deputy mayor of Baotou
