Meng Qingwei, acting mayor of Baotou

Meng Qingwei, was born in November 1975, holds a university degree from the Party School of the Central CPC and a master's degree in Agricultural Extension. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He currently serves as the deputy secretary of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and is the acting mayor of Baotou city. He oversees the comprehensive work of the Baotou municipal people's government, including auditing and investment promotion.

Lin Li, executive vice mayor of Baotou

Lin Li, was born in March 1980, holds a postgraduate degree and a PhD in Management.

He currently serves as a member of the standing committee of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and is the executive vice mayor of Baotou city. He is responsible for the executive work of the Baotou municipal people's government. He assists the mayor in areas such as development and reform, education, science and technology, industry, information technology, finance, human resources and social security, health, emergency management, State-owned assets' supervision, statistics, healthcare, government transparency, government services, and the non-public sector economy.

Hu Rui, deputy mayor of Baotou

Hu Rui, of the Mongolia ethnic group, was born in November 1976. Hu has a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Hu is a member of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and the vice mayor of Baotou city. Hu is responsible for the examination and approval of municipal government services, as well as the municipal data management bureau.

Tian Kerui, deputy mayor of Baotou

Tian Kerui, was born in October 1980, holds a postgraduate degree from Renmin University of China and a master's degree in Law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He currently serves as a member of the standing committee of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee, a member of the Party leadership group of the Baotou people's government, and deputy mayor of Baotou city. He assists the mayor in areas such as civil affairs and veterans' affairs.

Zhang Bin, deputy mayor of Baotou 

Zhang Bin was elected as deputy mayor of Baotou municipal government at the 10th plenary session of the Baotou municipal people's congress standing committee on Feb 22, 2019.  

Liu Guoming, deputy mayor of Baotou

Liu Guoming, a member of the Communist Party of China and deputy mayor of the Baotou municipal ogvernment, assists the mayor to take charge of public security, justice, petition and arbitration. 

Lei Dianjun, deputy mayor of Baotou

Lei Dianjun, from the Han ethnic group, was born in September 1973. Lei has master's degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. 

Lei assists the mayor to take charge of business, port, market management, transportation, opening-up, investment, foreign affairs and other work.

Xuan Dengdian, deputy mayor of Baotou

Xuan Dengdian, was born in July 1980, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctor's degree in engineering. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He currently serves as a member of the Party leadership group of the Baotou people's government. He assists the mayor in matters related to transportation, education, healthcare, and medical security.

Wu Kai, deputy mayor of Baotou

Wu Kai, a member of the Han ethnic group, was born in October 1978. He has a master's degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Wu serves as a member of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and vice mayor of Baotou. He assists the mayor in matters related to natural resources, ecological environment, water, national defense mobilization, urban construction management, and other areas.

Jin Yongli, deputy mayor of Baotou

Jin Yongli, a member of the Han ethnic group, was born in April 1972. She has a master's degree in engineering and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Jin serves as a member of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee and vice mayor of Baotou city. He assists the mayor in matters related to investment, science and technology, industry, information, and other areas.

Wu Junjun, first-level inspector of Baotou

Wu Junjun, was born in December 1971, holds a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He currently serves as a member and first-level inspector of the Party leadership group of the Baotou people's government. He assists Lin Li, the executive vice mayor of Baotou, in areas such as science and technology, industry, and information technology.

Wang Zhanyuan, secretary-general of Baotou municipal government

Wang Zhanyuan, from the Han ethnic group, was born in September 1970. Wang, who has a master's degree, is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Under the leadership of the mayor, Wang assists in handling the daily work of government agencies and presides over the overall work of government offices.
