Rare earth illuminates technological innovation
The Tianjin Branch of Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths showcased cutting-edge rare earth technologies at two major expositions, driving industry collaboration.
At the Third China (Anhui) Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fair, its breakthroughs, such as antibacterial surgical gloves, thermal-regulating fibers, and anhydrous rare earth halides, drew attention from over 1,500 enterprises and institutions, sparking multiple partnership opportunities.
At the Conference on Building Low-Carbon Coatings Industrial Advancement, which took place in Hangzhou, the Tianjin Branch Institute's report on rare earth materials for building energy efficiency impressed experts. Rare earth cultural products became a hit, securing on-site deals. Exhibits such as nano-insulation materials and reflective cooling coatings also attracted keen interest.
The institute continues to bridge the gap between research and market needs, demonstrating the transformative potential of rare earths.
