Mandula Port has been operating seven such sites, increasing its total storage capacity from 358,000 metric tons to 1.53 million tons, since Inner Mongolia Yitai Customs Supervision Site has been approved by Hohhot Customs. 

The port has become a coal storage base exceeding one million tons, with an annual logistics throughput surpassing 20 million tons. Customs officers are conducting final safety and compliance checks to prepare for new coal storage operations.
