The city's education expenditures reached 4.41 billion yuan, with 45 percent dedicated to compulsory education to promote urban-rural integration and equity. Additional support included 4.93 million yuan in one-time job search subsidies for disadvantaged graduates and 49.95 million yuan for initiatives such as the "community-level posts in education, agriculture, health care and poverty relief", assisting young talent in gaining grassroots experience.
